Google’s Android Operating systems are of recently vulnerable to hackers. Palo Alto says that the attack can achieve, “full access to a compromised device, including usernames, passwords, and sensitive data,”. This is a high priority issue that they are working on fixing at the moment. Xu explains it in simple terms as an attack that “allows an attacker to modify or replace a seemingly benign Android app with malware, without user knowledge.” Google says that roughly 50% of Android phones are vulnerable to the attack.
